⚠️ Class Update – Closed Tonight ⚠️

Out of an abundance of caution, we will be closing classes tonight due to the dropping temperatures, snow, and icy conditions.

This is always a tough decision—we want to train—but the risk of someone getting hurt on the roads or sidewalks is just too great. Your safety and your family’s safety always come first.

🥋 At-Home Training Challenge

If you’d like to keep the momentum going tonight, here’s a simple at-home practice anyone can do:

1️⃣ Warm-Up (5 minutes)
• Jumping jacks x 50
• Arm circles & hip rotations
• Light stretching

2️⃣ Basics (10 minutes)
• Front stance + middle punch – 20 reps
• Horse stance + middle punch – 20 reps
• Front kick – 10 each leg
• Side kick – 10 each leg
(Focus on balance, posture, and strong technique)

3️⃣ Forms (5–10 minutes)
• Practice your current form 2–3 times slowly
• Then once at full speed with strong kihaps

4️⃣ Finish Strong
• Wall sit – 30–60 seconds
• Plank – 30 seconds
• 10 push-ups or knee push-ups
