It’s that time of year again—back to school! As students return to the classroom, it’s also the perfect time to sharpen focus, build discipline, and set new goals for the year ahead. At Owosso Martial Arts, we believe martial arts training is the perfect complement to academic success—helping kids (and adults!) improve concentration, confidence, and perseverance.

Pardon Our Dust – We’re Building Your Dojang!
If you’ve been by recently, you’ve probably noticed the progress. Walls are up for the changing rooms, some of the mats are down for training, and we’re hoping to get our new sign installed this weekend. While we still have a little work to go, we’re already enjoying having a space we can truly call our own. Thank you for your patience as we finish making it the best dojang possible!

Why Now is the Perfect Time to Start
With school starting, kids settle back into routines—which makes it an ideal time to add something positive and structured after school. Martial arts is more than just kicking and punching; it teaches respect, discipline, focus, and goal-setting—skills that benefit students in and out of the classroom.

Our Fall tournament is 9/13/25. T-shirts are $15 and if you buy a t-shirt you will get $5 off the tournament. Talk to Sa Bom Nim about the cost of tournament.
